Log in, visit your dashboard, and visit the “Ways to Redeem” section to redeem your points for rewards.

Your loyalty points will appear in your account when your order is fulfilled.

Points are good for 12 months from the day you earn them. For example, if you order on Oct 10, 2026, those points expire Oct 10, 2027 if they're still sitting untouched.

Once you hit a tier, you're locked in for 12 months from that date. After that, we check your spend from the past year, and if it's under the threshold, your tier moves down to match.

Leave as many as your heart desires! Just know we only reward points for up to 5 reviews per calendar year.

On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it.

Unfortunately points cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed, but we know it happens! Just keep an eye out at checkout next time so you don't miss the chance to use them.

Referrals shared on coupon sites, Reddit, or deal forums won't be accepted, and accounts that do this may be removed from the program. This perk is meant for sharing with the people in your life: friends, family, your inner circle. 💖

Gift card purchases themselves don't earn points, but using a gift card to pay for your order still does.

If you return an item, the points you earned on it will be removed from your account.
