RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
ALEX + ANI jewelry is meant to bring happiness and inspiration to its wearers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the order delivery date.
- Refunds: All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts, and a $8 handling fee, except in the case of a damaged item or an incorrect shipment. The returned item must be unworn with the UPC tag attached or appropriate UPC packaging.
- Exchanges: Items can also be exchanged for different finishes, if available, or for other items within our catalog. The returned item(s) must be unworn with the UPC tag attached or appropriate UPC packaging. If returning an order that included a gift with purchase, be sure to include this item with your return or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the free item(s).
